James F. Kisela
Chairman and CEO
Jim Kisela has been the human resources management field for over thirty years,
serving as the senior human resources officer for large organizations in a variety
of industries including Terra International, the Campbell Soup Company, the Vanguard
Group, and QVC, Inc.
His extensive domestic and international experience includes HR strategic planning,
executive compensation programs, diversity programs, HR technology initiatives,
the creation of management succession, development and training systems, as well
as work/life programs such as on-site childcare centers
Workforce diversity has been an important focus as he developed programs to facilitate
increased diversity in organizations. For over 15 years he has been on the board
of INROADS Philadelphia, creating opportunities of minority college students to
work as interns.
As an entrepreneur he has started a career transitions consulting firm, then a company
that produced an award-winning work/life balance CD-ROM product, and now consults
with large organizations on how to reduce their employee benefits costs.
He is quoted in Reengineering Performance Management: Breakthroughs in Achieving
Strategy through People by Tracey B. Weiss and Franklin Hartle (1997. Boca
Raton, FL: St. Lucie Press) concerning the use of competency models in performance
management and is the author of a chapter on work/life benefits in The Compensation
Handbook (McGraw-Hill, 2000).
Jim earned an MBA at the University of Chicago, majoring in Finance and Human Resource
Management.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jim McCann has over 25 years experience in Human Resources, concentrating in the areas of work-life, EAP, wellness and management training. He was a founding director of CareLinc, the nation’s first data based work-life referral company, eventually providing resource and referral services to over a million employees and their families, including Fortune 500 companies such as EDS, Nabisco, Vanguard and Dell.
After selling the company, he was a co-developer of the Work-Life Toolkit®, an award winning software program which provided human resource professionals with a suite of tools to assess a wide variety of work-life initiatives and measure their effectiveness and return-on-investment.
From 2002 to 2007, Jim worked at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Psychiatry, first developing their behavioral health provider network , then implementing the sales and marketing of the University’s EAP and innovative management training services.
From 2008 to 2010, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Horizon Health EAP Services, working with consultants, brokers and prospects to offer cost-effective EAP and wellness services in the Northeast market.
